Customer Care Professional

All Building Zero's Customer Care Professional positions are part-time and are temporary-to-permanent jobs. Part-time allows you to work up to a total of 30 hours per week. Your employee status is
FAQ "temporary" for your first 120 days, and upon meeting the performance criteria during this time, you may be offered a "permanent" position. Please see the FAQs for detailed information on the Certified Customer Care Professional role.

2.  Sign the permission form for background check
3.  Upon a positive assessment and background check, an offer may be extended
4.  Sign Employee Agreement and complete the on-line training
